今天按照小高姐的方子做了鸡蛋饼,口感真的和早餐店里面的一毛一样。可感人。唯一缺点就是烙完一张我就吃一张,根本等不到放一起慢慢吃!!!方子很简单面粉35g水125g搅合均匀打两个鸡蛋2g盐10g葱花一勺刚刚盖住锅底的液体,中小火煎,两三分钟就熟了(正反面算一起)
