Hello folks I'm a maladjusted Hippo who likes to do music with my guitar.
I'm afraid my posts will almost certainly contain cats, bad guitar, kid lamentations, gratuitous FROOOOT and the graphic description of leavings. Both mine and those of the various animals /people it is my privilege to follow after with a shovel.
Me shoulders are made of broken crockery and sellotape. And me timeline is bloody daft at best.
ARE YOU IN?! ME NEITHER! 😬 🎉

The take home notes are;

Change the water weekly.
Feed at the same time.
Don't try dry spells of 2 days as some articles suggest (this caused a flower spike to wither)
Don't crowd the containers (this encourages disease)
Nearly a year ago I started an experiment to see how my ailing orchids would stand switching from standard potted medium (wood chip and free drainage) to hydroponics.

As I started this experiment in twitter, I've added my notes there. The full thread is linked below.

Just discovered this on Spotify. What an absolute tune:
Arlo Parks - Too Good

I’m really proud of this one, drawn from a #CuratorPrompts reference :3
For me this has as much to do with mathematics as it does with art.
The rules:
1. A single curvy line that meets back up at the beginning. The line can cross as many times as you want... but no touching without crossing.
2. Regions that share a "side" must be a different colour.
