Author : Keri Arthur
2nd book in the Lizzie Grace series. This installment ups the ante in terms of the power of the forces they must defeat. New characters are introduced and more of the Lizzie and Belle back story.
The major introductions feature an ancient and powerful female vampire, with some kinky preferences (yummm) and the 'Wild Magic'. Senior ranger Aiden becomes MUCH more friendly.

This is a fantasy novel set in Australia. The story is set in a werewolf reservation. Other supernaturals there include vampires and witches.
A great many books in this genre are eminently forgettable. This one stands out. The characters are well written and have their own back stories. The plot moves along at a good pace.
Recommended.
