Formula 1 on Nov 5th: adds Saudi Arabian GP to 2020 calendar.
Formula 1 on Nov 12th: partners with W Series (a racing series exclusively for women), who will join them as support series for 8 races. Probably not for Saudi Arabia, but still feels hypocritical (and peak corporate).
For those unaware, support series means that the W Series races will happen on the same track during the race weekends, and they'll race before/after the F1 races. #f1 #formula1

"We are very grateful to Chase Carey, Ross Brawn and their colleagues for having faith in W Series, and for prioritising diversity and inclusion in this way, and we intend to help them drive forwards their excellent #WeRaceAsOne programme this year and in years to come." That in itself is great, however it also is probably just for PR. Women being interested in racing -> more potential viewers.
