If my parents held a baby shower, they didn't reveal my gender. Why? Because Pakistan, at the time, didn't have technology advanced enough to detect a baby's gender (this was in 2006)

They had to rely on hope that I was born as a boy. The day before my birth, my grandmother (father's mother) woke up from her coma and told my father that I would be born as a boy. Then she fell asleep again. And at the early morning I was born.

At least, that's what my father tells me.
