It's a difficult 4th of July for many, and a good moment to learn more about the reversals of freedom which impact so many. A great story from @[email protected]
A good reminder as the holiday approaches - protest is patriotic. We can celebrate the promise of improvement for what we can become together. This reminder from @[email protected] is a few years old, but important right now.https://www.aclu.org/blog/free-speech/rights-protesters/dissent-patriotic-its-also-powerful-antidote-propaganda

Partnering with existing charities is first on this list for a good reason! https://nonprofitlawblog.com/alternatives-to-starting-a-nonprofit/
New #podcast this week with Holly Rustick from Grant Writing and Funding. Holly talks about the support eco-system for #nonprofits using outside experts to either supplement - or in place of - direct staff hires.
