boosted@unknownrebel it's really disingenuous as well. There is A LOT in the public domain that they could use to train LLMs on. Would the info be up to date? Nope. Want new info still under copyright? Fuck you pay me. It's the same rules we all live by, OpenAI is genz's Napster.
LLM giants are demanding access to all copyrighted material stating that it was impossible to create something like ChatGpt without such materials. At the same time they won't disclose their source code or algorithms.

1. Time is nonlinear. The more meetings you throw at people the less time they have to work. Also people aren't fucking machines, and they aren't going to have consistent yields from day to day.
2. Time is not interchangeable between people.
3. Most of your tasks aren't known because they're fucking bugs you haven't found yet.
4. Many things can't be estimated with any accuracy, especially debugging.
