`airfile` is probably one of my favourite little CLI tools I've made: it hosts a local webserver that you can connect to from your phone so you can xfer files phone->laptop easily.
@wavering If you have a command line on both sides, hyperswarm-based p2p tools like hyperbeam[1] are verrry effective at breaking NATs and xferring arbitrary data.
