Reminder that if you want to pick up any bargains in laptops or other computers second hand, Microsoft's strict Windows 11 (8th gen chips or better) support policy, and Windows 10 EOL (August 2025 IIRC) means that eBay will be likely flooded with cheap (but high quality) laptops and desktops that didn't quite make the cut - for the rest of this year at least.
Of course if you depend on Windows (yuck) don't buy them, but if you're happy with Linux or willing to give Linux a try, it's a great time to turn wasteful capitalism into a personal opportunity.

Kengo had to see his vet today for some growth by his anus, which he found to be a very common benign type and no action is needed for now. So it was a relief to us and my coffer. I love our vet but the office's booking is always annoying. We waited for one hour for a five-minute exam.
Oh well. Kengo was totally bored.
