I think that one of the difficulties with being a highly capable creative in isolation is that despite having resources, ability, experience, inclination, imagination, and ideas - there's no one around you who remotely gives a flying fuck. No one but you. And when it's up to you to conjure up your own encouragement to keep going, or get going, on some inspired thing, sometimes it's like trying to push a car from the driver's seat.

Wichtig finde ich, dass der Wille des jungen Menschen ein entscheidendes Kriterium ist. Und bei drohender #Isolation oder #Indoktrination muss eingegriffen werden. Das wird nicht immer trennscharf möglich sein. Aber es wäre besser als der Status Quo, bei dem Familien mit massiven Schulproblemen von teilweise sehr problematischen Zusammenhängen Unterstützung bei der Umgehung der #Schulpflicht bekommen.
