I recommend reading about Humboldt. He literally changed our understanding of weather.

I didn't know that — Humboldt was clearly a pioneer!

I believe that you, and others concerned/alarmed by climate change, will likely be interested in a petition for radical reform of the UN 🇺🇳, which has been vocal but, unfortunately, ineffective when faced with climate change and other challenges of this century.
