Strider Longshanks<p>With the arrival of the rain (finally!), I took some time to go out back into our small wood. The plumbago is coming into flower, which is fortunate for the woodland bumblebees, as it seems to be one of their primary sources of nectar. I'm no David Attenborough, and filming with a small moving target with a phone was more of a challenge than I expected! Apologies in advance for the inability to follow the bee at the end, which was just out of shot at the bottom of the frame. At least the birds and the rain contributed to the atmosphere 😀<br><a href="https://mountains.social/tags/spring" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>spring</span></a> <br><a href="https://mountains.social/tags/bumblebee" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bumblebee</span></a> <br><a href="https://mountains.social/tags/auvergne" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>auvergne</span></a> <br><a href="https://mountains.social/tags/massifcentral" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>massifcentral</span></a> <br><a href="https://mountains.social/tags/france" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>france</span></a></p>
