Head hit the pillow.<br>Listened to an episode of Crowd Science from the BBC (30 mins).<br>Fell asleep (like I normally do) before the end of the episode.<br>Woke up EXACTLY at 10:09PM. 1 hour and 9 minutes later feeling quite refreshed and quite awake.<br>According to my sleep tracker I entered a deep sleep when I fell asleep.<br>And now, here it is, 11:00PM and I'm getting ready to drink a cup of herbal tea infused with 1mg of melatonin to go back to sleep.<br>This fucking sucks.<br>This whole waking up after 1 hour has been going on for over a year.<br></span><a href="https://bofh.social/tags/insomnia" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#insomnia</a></p>

Between my <a href="https://mas.to/tags/insomnia" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>insomnia</span></a> the last handful of days and my <a href="https://mas.to/tags/walking" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>walking</span></a> schedule expanding well beyond 4 miles a day, there&#39;s evidence of mania, however I am lacking the most important evidence: I do not feel manic </p><p>By headfeel alone, let alone more major symptoms like tunnel vision and obsessiveness, I can usually even self-diagnose hypomania let alone regular, and my head feels fine</p>
