emPATHin<p>Took quite some while for my <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/Introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Introduction</span></a> post as in fact I'm <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/NotNewHere" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NotNewHere</span></a>. But: this is one reality of being chronically ill. Nevertheless: ready to raise <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/awareness" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>awareness</span></a>, to build <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/bridges" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bridges</span></a> for anyone not able or ready to raise her/his voice and to make use of my given talent to emphasize through words and sharing experiences. </p><p>My focus lays on these topics due to my journey: <br><a href="https://disabled.social/tags/Endometriosis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Endometriosis</span></a>, <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/Hashimoto" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hashimoto</span></a> and <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/BurnOut" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BurnOut</span></a></p><p><a href="https://disabled.social/tags/EndoDiaries" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EndoDiaries</span></a> <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/TeamHashi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TeamHashi</span></a> <a href="https://disabled.social/tags/MentalDiseases" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MentalDiseases</span></a></p>
Kate<p>In a break from work, having a think about being <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/NotNewHere" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NotNewHere</span></a>, and who I’m following. For context, I follow around 800 on the other platform. This has accustomed me to following as skimming. I might randomly see stuff up there, but it’s luck. Here I want to listen. I read everything in my timeline. Like any gardener I can see this means pruning carefully, respecting the work of holding space for community. Follow less, listen harder. <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/TwitterMigration" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TwitterMigration</span></a></p>
