Singapore peeps! They are redeveloping the Sungei-Serangoon PCN near the TPE underpass. There is a strong animal smell in the area. Am I smelling the fertiliser they've put around the handful of trees they've planted (seems unlikely)? Or am I just smelling an old pig farm? As I have been reminded many times, Punggol was once filled with pig farms.
