kurtsh<p>Walked in the pouring rain through Okayama Korakuen. Built in 1687, it is one of the 3 most beautiful traditional Japanese gardens in the country.</p><p>And also the wettest. With sand & dirt paths & ankle deep puddles, this was a tough tour. We literally burned through what was supposed to be a 90min tour in 60min. I felt bad for our tour guide. </p><p>No one really wanted to be there, despite the beautiful scenery. I couldn't even feed any animals like the cranes.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/japan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>japan</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/okayama" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>okayama</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/korakuen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>korakuen</span></a></p>
