MichaHeute war der letzte Strandmarsch 🚶🏼‍♂️ und das letzte Training im Gym 🏋️‍♀️ Morgen geht es nach Hause und am Sonntag beginne ich wieder mit dem Laufen 🏃‍♂️ Bis zum 3.12. allerdings nur kurze Strecken, da ich an dem Tag mein Ischiasproblem von einem Osteopathen überprüfen lassen möchte.
