Apple’s attempt to get a lawsuit dismissed in the UK about their throttling of performance of older phones by arguing it was “baseless” has been rejected.

Given they already lost the Batterygate class action lawsuit in the US, it’s a really strange tactic to argue a lawsuit over the same issue is baseless in the UK. 🤷🏾‍♂️
