@emmettoconnell We Olympians were very lucky to have already had people repurpose older, (pre down zoning trend)commercial buildings that became street level food, coffee, grocery stores. Several provided covered outdoor seating for better airflow Covid safety. If proposed today they would be fought off by many to “preserve” our “family oriented” neighborhoods. Hopefully these examples can help us shift perspective on what goes into a “family oriented” hood.
