@seanbala "None of the above" I sideload ALL my books, but I do as I buy them. I buy them (almost all from Kobo), strip the DRM to make them truly mine, then sideload them. So if I buy 2 books, I'll be sideloading 2 books. If I buy 6, then 6, etc.

@ronsboy67 @seanbala same here--if I download books on my computer I want to sideload them to my ereader as soon as possible. When I first got it I put my whole library on it, so now I occasionally have to delete things to make room, but I like having options so I keep it pretty full

@sofiav @ronsboy67

Thanks for the response. I think my options are imprecise. What you both are doing is what I meant by Option 2. I may cancel the poll and change the wording.

@seanbala @ronsboy67 yeah, I mean, I voted for option 2 but I'm sort of also doing option 1, in that when I acquire a new book I'm always like "yes I'm going to read this NOW I'm so excited" and then most of the time that doesn't happen 😅

@sofiav @seanbala I've hit what is for me a happy medium - at one point I had around 2200 books on my Kobo, representing a decade or more of books either read or to be read. Now, I've culled it to around 300, almost all as yet unread. Only favourites I might want to re-read stay on
