@skeletor No, they're not the same. Stupidity is doing it without considering just-as-effective (or more) alternative ways to get the job done, or, say calculating your odds of success, pain, or even the ROI.
The over-estimation of the thought time/energy & skill we upright primates put into things is the stupid.
Brave and smart are not incompatible, but the arguments they have are worth listening to.
