Black phoebes are near me often but I still try to find different ways to frame them. This one was sort of dark/shade-based.

That's really good. We had a nesting pair we could watch in a neighbor's eave, until a crow figured out how to raid it. It is the hardest thing to catch them with the light not catching the beak to make it look yellow.
