The plants over wintering in the garage are waking up, the canna being the first. Always an exciting time.

I grew some from seed and thought they were dead. But actually I think I pulled them up way too early.

@LoraHughes I've been online trying to find the right canna seeds. Very annoying: found them eventually - and then found it was rhizomes and they won't ship to me...

Cannot get the variety I want (Red King Humbert) anywhere in the UK or Europe!

I'll keep looking...

@JimmyB That's weird. The RHS lists one supplier in Somerset. Was that the nursery?

@LoraHughes I was looking for seeds because getting plants delivered to is always tricky. There is a company in Poland - gardenseedsmarket.com - and I had another 6 items in the cart too. But no... wont deliver post Brexit.
