@GottaLaff @MiaMirto I know for a fact the mail in the Atlanta area (and other major cities in Georgia) has been inexplicably delayed for reasons unknown
no one in the area is sure why and it has been happening for months
perhaps the thought process is if it is always bad it can't be connected to the election
