Madiba K. Dennie promotes an idea she calls "Inclusive Constitutionalism."
She says that lower court and state judges should actively interpret the constitution to be more inclusive & make more sense in the modern era.
The framers intended a living constitution, and this is how we should do it:

@cykonot The lower courts must start using their "originalist" meme against them. Go back to the Federalist Papers on many of these issues...particularly gun control where 2A was to prevent the need for a standing army and guns would only be allowed for the states' militias (replaced by National Guard in 1903) or for defense of home or food on the frontier. The frontier is closed.
For a TRUE originalists. No one outside the standing army should own a gun.
