What's the go-to #CAD app for Mac that isn't Fusion 360? I can't get over what a piece of shit this is. Just an ugly, poorly behaved app.
I use Shapr3D on iPad, but the desktop version isn't particularly impressive, and I would like to work with parametric modeling
@danilo there is a Mac version of #FreeCAD which has been getting more attention/development the last couple of years that you might try, but it takes some getting used to.
Personally I am skeptical of "trial" and "maker" versions of proprietary CAD packages - they get people hooked and then change the terms.

@marsman2020 it's incredible how many times the community fails to learn this lesson. It happened to me with Onshape, but it seems inevitable with any proprietary "free" CAD at this point.
