The logistics companies feature to allow me to select pick up point and then change it some 5 km away from it is a choise they made which costs me time and money - while they save money.
Solutions would be quite simple:
1) invest into bigger pickup lockers. ie let the lockers run less extrenely optimized (occupied) manner so there is space for incoming parcels

2) let me choose to put the delivery on hold unti the initial picku up point can be used. In most cases I'd rather wait 1-2 days than spen 2 hours for the pick up.
3) Remove the useless option to select the delivery location since you seem to not care about my selection at all. Offering implies you take it into account, but I can tell it seem to have zero effect,
Options one and two of them cost them money but improve UX greatly. Third options is almost free of cost.
