Just sitting on the bench and shelling almonds. It's very relaxing, actually. I have time to think about things. You know, a UBI would be a great way to promote people growing their own food and helping the environment, reducing carbon and promoting healthy diets, edging towards that decentralized, decolonized life many of us want. It's part of a different economy, one based on valuing well-being and sanity, adjusting yourself to the seasons, not the demands making profits for the few, and so only the few have time to for this.

IS everyone in the western world, in their totally pampered life style just going to fall over and die when the shit hits the fan? Can't do this! Can't do that! It's not safe! That's yucky! My hands will get dirty! I don't like the smell! I could never do that!
