Knowing that this recent weekend would include a pretty intense car ride with two cats and that the week preceding it was going to be an absolute tire fire at work, Past Me scheduled a PTO day for #today and also managed to book a #massage! Current Me is now happily trapped at home under this #cat and enjoying a cup of #coffee while I wait for my appointment. I feel pretty good about this decision.

What kind thing can Current You do for Future You today? Maybe it's setting out tomorrow's clothes or putting ice cream bars on your grocery list. Maybe it's scheduling a tub soak or a medical exam.
