A spot of #divination for myself last night.
For a couple of weeks now I've been unable to locate my pocket MP3 player (about the size of a box of matches).
Got out my #dowsing rods and was directed in seconds to the exact spot where the device was.
Moving around the room, those rods just wouldn't give up until I found my player!

Ghost hunting in Strathpeffer Pavilion - an interesting article from the Beeb.
The distinction between 'dowsing' and 'divining' rods is spurious. They still use the term 'water divining' in the States (not to mention the even worse 'water witching'), but the BSD over here decided very early on to only use the term 'dowsing' to keep things sounding scientific. #Dowsing #Ghosthunting
