Chopped veg (green capsicum, celery, and onion) and stock went in, then herbs & spices, and one large superhot naga type chilli.
Now this will simmer for 30 mins as it before the oven-browned chicken thighs go in.
Then another half hour or so later chopped smoked sausage and chunks of green capsicum will go in for a final hakf hour.
The we will have #gumbo for dinner!
