I used to be a die hard fan of the store. They carry a lot of good food, the pricing isn't horrible a lot of the time. For the longest time, they were the only place I could find my favorite pasta shape (radiatore). At the start of the pandemic, I stopped going because at first it was just their stores were tiny and didn't have great ventilation. But then they started going balls to the wall with their union busting, and I just never made it back.
This? This is just some straight up fucking bullshit. I found out about it because someone I follow on my other fedi account shared a call to contact them and give them a piece of our minds. They referred to a contact page on their website that apparently had a phone number at some point, but doesn't appear to have one anymore. All the contact forms are for highly specific things that have nothing to do with supporting the union and telling their scumbag lawyers to fuck off.
Does anyone know if #TraderJoesUnited is here on Fedi yet? What's the best way to support them against this bullshit? If TJ's manages to get this bullshit to stick, it's going to be a blow to all of us (though if Trump manages to get his shriveled orange ass back into the whitehouse, it may not matter in the long run).
