Some gnarly things happening in this passage in Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.

Implemented rendering time simply as vertical lines every second, with every 5th being highlighted. The MIDI file of Debussy's L'isle Joyeuse that I have is a live recording, so it doesn't match up to the grid. The third screenshot, Satie's Gymnopedie, is generated from notation software, so that lines up nicely if the tempo is coincidentally ♩= 60.

Visualizing note velocity using a heatmap color mapping.

Colored the notes and added a piano roll grid along the Y axis to make it easier to differentiate notes.
