I've seen many strange things in the lab. Here is a good example:
A bit of weird green/ blue yeasts from PhD student John
Starting a 2-week MEVY diet with an antifunfal and a probiotic, and water and rest, to try to clear some gut imbalance tomorrow.
MEVY is: Meat (or subs), Eggs, Vegetables and Yogurt. After two weeks I'll shift to a more open Candida diet for a bit, then I'll re-introduce all my usual processed foods slowly and see how it goes.
I haven't done this before, but I have had great success researching complex systems and putting them into action before. Here goes! 
Dunno if this is motivating, but if folks help me survive the next few months I'll report on the candida fungal-balancing short-term intensive effort I'll be trying.
I have to muster absolutely all of my hyperfocus, time and energy to do it so you'll get some pretty deep, quality reports from the front.

Had to completely redo my meal plan due to my #candida getting worse with nystatin treatment. I decided to make bread because candida diet is basically just keto and I'm too cute and gay to get keto acidosis so here's my mandatory carbs
