Day 3. Gums recovery & getting used to immediate dentures.

Lunch today:
Bowl of beef broth rice #congee & smooshed boiled #eggs.
Two, 100g blueberry #yogurts.
1L #StrawberryMilk.

Enjoyed my yogurts outdoors, while listening to juncos & house sparrows singing 😀

Additional antibiotics are being picked up right now. I'm using Colgate #Peroxyl #antiseptic #mouthwash to help my gums to heal & to help prevent getting too many mouth sores. I rinse with that, after gentle warm water mouth swirling rinse.

I'm supposed to take my immediates out tonight to clean them; put back in the morning. I'm going to wait til late evening to remove for the night. I want to keep them in for longer to help my gums to heal better & to not lose shape.

2 containers of Oikos blueberry yogurts - 100g, fruit on bottom. 1L jug of Dairyland 1% strawberry milk is behind the yogurts.
Looking out at part of our front yard & gardens from front porch steps. You see my black and white duotone printed pants & barefeet, splayed over front steps.
Beef broth rice congee with smooshed up boiled eggs.
500mL blue bottle of Colgate Peroxyl antiseptic mouth sore rinse. Mild mint flavor.

You definitely not want to give #DIM to kids unfortunately because it's a #Testosterone selector or #estrogen blocker and a #mood #stabilizer....you take it to bulk up? Or to control mood swings and such? Yeah, don't give this to kids. But the way I'm using it as a #mouthwash hopefully is not going to be affecting my mood or getting rid of my Santa look. Hopefully it does protect me from cavities. I'll keep reporting as stuff happens. The taste is different than any other oral care product.

I'm a poor #tooth brusher. I'm about to go to sleep over here and hopefully tomorrow morning #putin dies of a dirty metal spike up his nose...but anyway, I just brushed me teeth and used the water pick with #mouthwash liquid in it. And on top of that my friends, I did a #DIM mouth wash. 3,3′-#Diindolylmethane DIM disrupts the biofilm used by S. mutans which is the bacteria that creates cavities in your #teeth. I'm hoping to see if these researchers are right about this.
