Verticals on Mauve, 2024. Acrylic on Canvas, 50 cm x 75 cm

It was a long experiment for me to mix grey in a way that it is on the verge of mauve. I love using vertical movements with dynamic touches of the knife, and bringing the blue and yellow together to create a game of green is working well on this background. To tame the blue-yellow pair a little I added extra white flows to complement the shapes, and I like how these are working as puffs of small, vertical clouds. #abstract #art #vertical #portrait #interior #artwork

The purpose of this survey was to address issues in the lacustrine environment due to hydrological processes that have occurred in recent years in this water body.…”
