I visited the open day at the London Transport depot at Acton today. Wonderful collection of underground railway history, took a few photos

A narrow passage lined with tube station name boards of various colours. The boards are aligned and the photo is symmetrical so that they converge at a vanishing point at the far end of the passage.

I really must go to one of the open days one year. The tube fascinated me as a kid growing up near Leicester so not seeing any electric traction at all!
