You can do this by and by: First, you could forward the emails from Gmail to the other email of your choice. Then, when you would get used with that new email, you could start changing your accounts' email by replacing them with the other, better, probably more private one. You could use a password manager to help you remember your email or logins too.
You can also ask others for help, there are some options.
Think more seriously: Google analyses your activity from any point of view possible! And when you speak about the email, where you put your thoughts by writing to the others, you give Google valuable information for FREE! I don't think this is a pleasant feeling for anyone to feel that he is tracked in every moment (or almost), and that what you put there is no longer solely yours.
